Our Policies

Cancellations & No Shows

We understand that things happen and cancellations/no shows will occur from time to time. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if a pattern presents itself of multiple cancellations or no-shows in a year, the client will be expected to pay in full at the time of scheduling the appointment. If that appointment is missed or cancelled, the money will not be refunded. 

Pricing

The prices of all services are up to the discretion of Hair Perfection management.

Payment

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and checks. We do not accept third party checks. There will be a fee for returned checks.

Retail Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of retail products purchased at Hair Perfection. We must have record in our system of the purchase. The products must be returned or exchanged within a reasonable time frame with minimal or no usage, unless otherwise approved by management. 

Services

Hair Perfection reserves the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit for specialty services or services that require 3 or more hours.

Refunds are not offered for any hair services. Hair Perfection is not responsible for any hair service completed outside of our salon.

If you are not satisfied with the service you received at Hair Perfection, we are happy to give you the opportunity to come back to redo the service. In order to do this, the client will need to call back and schedule a redo appointment within one week of the original appointment. The redo appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist. If the original stylist is not available or the client feels that the stylist is not able to provide the expected result, the redo appointment can be scheduled with a different stylist.
